Hearing Services and Hearing Aids

Clayden Hearing can conduct hearing tests on both adults and children (5 years+). Our hearing assessments provide a complete picture of your or your child’s current hearing health. We also conduct employment testing. Employers may need you to have your hearing assessed before commencing employment.

Clayden Hearing is fully accredited to deliver the Australian Government Hearing Services Program (HSP). If you are a pensioner or a veteran, you are entitled to a free hearing assessment.

Because we are an independent hearing aid provider, we can offer our clients a superior choice and affordable options from a wide range of hearing aids.  Brands include Oticon, Phonak, Unitron, Beltone, Resound, Starkey, Widex and Signia. We also stock assistive listening devices such as TV streamers. 

We offer wax removal services using micro-suction.

 Micro-suction is a water free, safe and effective method of wax removal. Micro-suction is performed using a Vorotek head mounted microscope and medical suction equipment to gently remove the wax from your ear canal.

We offer custom ear plugs for sleep, swimming, music, motorsport and industrial workshops. These custom plugs are moulded to the shape of your ears for a comfort and secure fit to maximise the protection of your middle ear and hearing.
